Order Cancellation Policy

At Artsy Life Studio, every order is carefully packed with love, and because I run this small business solo, it's important to have clear policies in place. This cancellation policy explains how you can manage different types of purchases, including subscriptions and pre-orders.

Subscriptions

If you subscribe to The Parris Post or The Parris Vault, you’ll receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

• Your payment details will be stored securely and automatically charged for each renewal unless you choose to cancel.
• Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you don’t want to renew, you can cancel before the next billing cycle.
• You can manage your subscription through the link in your order confirmation email.

Please note: Subscription cancellations apply to future renewals and do not refund or cancel already processed orders.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you’re securing an upcoming product that isn’t yet in stock.

• Payment may be collected in full or as a partial deposit at checkout, with the remaining amount charged once the item is ready to ship.
• Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. Since these are made-to-order or limited-run items, all pre-order sales are final.

Gift Cards & Digital Products

Gift cards and digital downloads are non-refundable and non-cancellable once purchased.
