At Artsy Life Studio, every product is crafted with love and care, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Since our stationery and art items are often handmade, limited edition, or customized, all sales are final.

That said, we understand that things happen! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us at help@artsylifestudio within 7 days of receiving your package, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once an order is shipped, we are unable to control how it is handled in transit. If your package is lost or delayed, we recommend checking with your local post office first. However, if you need assistance, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do what we can to help.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for the return costs!
