Shipping Date & Wait Times
✿ Mail is sent the first week of the following month. The monthly sign-up cutoff is the 25th. Orders placed after the 25th will receive the following month’s letter. (Ex: If you join March 1st-25th, your first letter will be the April edition, which ships during the first week of April. If you join after March 25th, your first letter will be the May edition)
✿ Please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. orders and up to 21 business days for international orders after your fulfillment confirmation.

How can I make changes to my address/email/subscription?
You can update your shipping address, billing info, and manage all your account details through the customer portal at any time.
When will i be billed?
Your membership will renew and be billed on the same day each month as your original subscription date.
How can I track my order?
To keep memberships affordable, all mail club orders are shipped using postage stamps and do not include tracking information.
